Administration of Estates

Please note that all disbursements are correct as of the date of review, please ensure that you verify the disbursements charged 

1.5% of the gross value of the Estate for inheritance tax purposes, plus VAT plus Disbursements, subject to a minimum fee of £4,500.00 plus VAT plus Disbursements

Disbursements will include a Probate Court fee as noted above, fees of around £16.00 - £48.00, for obtaining Death Certificates and Trustee Act Notices fees amounting to around £270.00
