Fixed Rate of £300.00 plus VAT for an individual Standard Will. Fixed rate of £450.00 plus VAT for couples making similar Wills on standard terms.

Any amendments to an existing Will will incur a fee, which will be dependant upon the nature and extent of the work involved. We will confirm the applicable fee with you before carrying our any amendments. 

For non-standard Wills, for example, where you require inheritance tax planning advice, setting up trust in the Will, have foreign assets or business interests, our costs are based on Pro Rata hourly rate below. (Hourly rate based on guidance figures published on HM Gov UK Website)

Partner Solicitor £288.00 plus VAT
Associate Solicitor £247.00 plus VAT
Trainee Solicitor/Paralegal £142.00 plus VAT
